We accept payment in full for consultation and service, then bill your dental plan on your behalf.  In our experience plans have paid 0-100% of the procedure.  We are happy to offer a pre-authorization filing on your behalf.  While some patients like to bill medical, we are not able to send to medical insurance as a dental provider.  There is a red medical filing form we are able to fill out so that you may file directly with your medical insurance provider.

Laser release 1 site: $350

Laser release 2-4 sites: $650
